How to request deletion

To delete your account and all related data:

Open the Achivus app on your device.
Go to Profile (user icon at the bottom of the screen).
Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
Tap the delete button. Your account and data will be permanently deleted.

What data is deleted

Account data (email, user ID)
Profile data (nickname, avatar)
Achievements, goals, and statistics
Friends list and social links
Game history (social, quiz, and other modes)
Premium subscription status (purchase records may be retained by the payment provider according to their policy)

Retained data

After account deletion, anonymized records (for example, for analytics or service maintenance) may be retained for a limited period as required by law. Your personal data cannot be restored.

Additional retention period

No additional retention period is applied after account deletion. Deletion is performed shortly after confirmation.

If you cannot access the app (for example, if you lost your device), send a deletion request to: dykyjhutsul@gmail.com. Include the email address you used to sign in to Achivus.
